Build 'n' Break

2012-04  –  2012-06

The project resulted in a casual strategy-game in 3D-graphics. My role was mainly as Art Director and Texture Artist, but acted also as Environment-, Lighting- and Concept Artist, and took responsibility for placing props and linking things together in Unity3D. The game was developed by a team of 17 students, and was made in a ten week timespan. The game was nominated to ”Game of the Year” and won "Gamer's Choice" in the Swedish Game Awards 2012. The team was also awarded by Wooga to visit their office in Berlin.

Stylization of shape and texture within 3D-graphics

2013-01  –  2013-06

This was my Bachelor's Degree project, which involved modeling and texturing of two relatively realistic characters, which were stylized in different versions. One version with stylized shape, and one with stylized texture. These versions were then evaluated by children and adults, by letting them fill out a form about how they felt these differences influenced their perception of the characters.

Casual Friday

2011-11  –  2012-03

The project resulted in a rendered trailer for a hypothetical action-adventure game in 3D-graphics. My role in the project involved concept illustration, character modeling and texturing, character animation and post-processing effects in After Effects. I also created the light setting for the final scene. The project was developed by a group of ten students in a ten week timespan.

Karlsborgsjakten

2011-01  –  2011-04

The project resulted in a fast paced adventure game in 2D-graphics. My responsibilities were creation of sprites for the main character, but I also contributed with level design and helping the team creating a unified graphical style. During the game development, a hypothetical company was made with focus on marketing decisions and promotional art. The game was developed by 15 students in a five week timespan.
